Several types of research have also found that the consumption of apple cider vinegar can improve the feeling of fullness, satiety which can reduce appetite and, in turn, promote weight loss. The authors of the same study also pointed out that the regular intake of apple cider vinegar can lead to causing a feeling of nausea, which can thereby cause some major side effects like acid reflux, change in bowel habits, gas, and burping, acute pancreatitis, damages in the oesophagus, etc.
